Extraction Using a Unique Salt Brine Resource at Paradox Basin
Anson is developing a project in southern Utah to extract chemicals from salt water. This project is called the Paradox Basin Brine Project. Anson is targeting the recovery of valuable chemicals like lithium from the brine. This project will also extract additional value from by-products like bromine, iodine, and boron.
Anson will use new technology to extract lithium and bromine quickly from brine. This will save on the cost of building ponds, the cost of running the plant, and the time it takes to process the brine.
Anson has a portfolio of base metals projects in the Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia. The Bull Project is a key focus, and it covers 82km² next to the high-grade Julimar Ni-Cu-PGE discovery made by Chalice Gold Mines Limited (ASX: CHN).

Anson has a large area in Western Australia that is good for finding base metals. This area covers three projects: The Bull Project (82km²), The Ajana / Mary Springs Project (222km²) and the Hooley Well project (154km²).
Bull Project
The Company is focusing on advancing exploration at The Bull Project. This project is located near a high-grade nickel, copper, and platinum group metals discovery made by another company. With renewed focus on these minerals, the Company’s projects in Western Australia have a lot of potential.
Ajana / Mary Springs Project
The Ajana Project is located in Northampton, Western Australia. The project is situated within a well-known mining center that has a history of producing zinc, lead, silver and graphite. The tenements are located 130 kilometers north of Geraldton on the North West Coastal Highway.
Hooley Well Project
The Hooley Well Nickel-Cobalt Laterite Project is located in Western Australia. The granted tenements, E9/2218 and E9/2219, contain historical shallow drilling which has intersected nickel and cobalt laterites. Associated with these laterites are high grade chromium values.
Yellow Cat Vanadium-Uranium Project
Anson’s Yellow Cat Project is located in the Thompson District, Grand County, Utah. It includes 85 lode claims that Anson pegged in 2019. These claims are good for exploring for uranium and vanadium. There have been some high-grade uranium and vanadium findings in past drilling programs at Yellow Cat.
Yellow Cat is about 40 kilometers away from the Paradox Brine Project. That means that Anson can use its investment in the Paradox Brine Project to develop a second project in the area. This is all part of Anson’s strategy to have multiple mineral resources and multiple sources of revenue.
