Deep Yellow Limited (Stock Symbols – ASX: DYL, OTCMKTS: DYLLF) is a uranium exploration and development company with operations in Namibia.

The Company’s core Namibian projects include over 159 million pounds of uranium resources.

The assets include the pre-development Tumas Project, the Reptile Project, Omahola Project, Tubas Project, Nova Joint Venture project, and Yellow Dune Joint Venture project.

The company holds a 100% interest in the Reptile project which covers an area of 345 square miles and has approximately 155 million pounds of uranium.

This project has in process the pre-feasibility study (PFS) which currently shows the potential mine could produce up to 3 million pounds annually at less than $30 USD per pound.

The PFS is anticipated to be completed in late 2020.

The Omahola Project consists of three shallow potentially open pit hard rock deposits with a total of 45 million pounds of uranium.

The Tumas 1 and 2 have a combined resource of 40.6 million pounds of uranium, along with the Tumas 3 deposits (another 36.8 million pounds) the total resource in the Tumas projects is an astounding 77 million pounds of uranium.

In addtion, the company also has a controlling interest of 65% in the Nova Joint Venture covering an area of 231 square miles.

Deep Yellow is lead by the founder of Paladin Energy which saw the explosive share price rise during the last uranium cycle boom and who took the market cap of that company from $2 million to $4 billion.

The company is based in Subiaco, Australia and wholly owns Reptile Mineral Resources and Exploration.

$DYL officially lodged the Tumas Project MLA with Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) on 21 July 2021

MME will commence the engagement process with $DYL for the grant of MLA 237, which is expected to be within 18 months.
